An exceptionally artistic wine made of the famous Pinot Gris (Pinot Grigio) white grape variety. It is neither white, nor pink, nor red – it is an orange rosé. The wine ferments for 30 days with the squeezed sweet grapes harvested in early September from our own vineyards near the town of Shumen. An extremely refreshing wine, which is the perfect opener to any dinner and pairs well with light appetizers, pasta and seafood.
