A golden dessert wine with hues of amber. The aroma comprises notes of fig jam, raisins, candied orange peel and quince. A wonderful balance of sweetness and acidity. A lingering finish, reminiscent of honey and acacia.

The grapes used for the wine are harvested frozen in early December. The idea behind this technology is to have the water in the grapes freeze, followed by a slow process of pressing, by which only concentrated “grapes juice” is released. Slow 4 months fermentaiton followed by 12 months of old barrels aging.

Orange Rosee Tsarev Brod is unfiltered wine from 100% Pinot Gris. This wine is with deep pink color, dry, light-bodied, and racy, with a rich aroma of wild plums.

Pet-Nat is a natural sparkling wine with a beautifull golden colour. The aroma is dominated by apple, quince and citrus fruit notes. Medium-bodied, with a pleasantly fresh fruit-forward finish.
