Description
The grapes for the wine were picked at the end of September near the town of Shumen. The vineyard is 250m above sea level and is located in the land of the village of Tsarev Brod. It ferments in small vessels – low, wide and open for easy access to the grape. The wine is aged for two years in 225L third-fill French barrels before bottling. The first year is aged on its own lees without added sulphites, with continuous batonage. This is how all the natural processes in the wine continue.
The aim is to show a natural and aged Pinot Noir from Tsarev Brod terroir.
