Description

Pinot Noir Amber Harvest is a natural and aged Pinot Noir from Tsarev Brod terroir.

The grapes for the wine were picked at the end of September near the town of Shumen. The vineyard is at 250m altitude and it is located in the land of Tsarev Brod village. The wine ferments in small vessels – low, wide and open for easy access to the grape. The wine ages for one year in inox container on its lees without added sulfites with continuous batonage, this way the development processes continues naturally. Followed by 12 months in french barrels before bottling.

Pinot Noir Amber Harvest is a noble wine that represents our terroir perfectly. The wine is same style as the famous Pinot Noirs from Burgundy, France.
