Pinot Noir Amber Harvest 2016 is the perfect wine to pair your culinary creations.

The grapes are picked in the end of September from our own vineyard in Tsarev Brod village, Shumen county. The wine ferments in open container for 30 days. This way monitoring and control is easier. Followed by 12 months in clossed inox container on the fine lees witout added conservant. 24 months in old french oak barrels, this way the acidity is the prime taste. Amazing wine that reached great condition, can be paired with quete a lot dishes – pasta, risotto, matured cheese, beef, turkey, game, duck and etc.
