Pinot Noir 2020 is an elegant wine aiming to show the direct varietal and terroir characteristics.
The grapes for the wine were picked at the end of September from our own vineyards near the town of Shumen. Fermented for a total of 30 days in a small stainless steel vessel. This is followed by aging in stainless steel for at least 6 months on the fine lees.
