Description

Rose Tsarev Brod is an exceptional pale pink style wine from Pinot Noir.

The grape is picked mid-September from our vineyard in Tsarev Brod village, Shumen county. The wine ferments in small inox container for better control. Followed by atleast 6 months on the fine lees. No added perservant for the whole time period, this way the wine highlights its features, but keeps its light body and elegant aproach.

Rose Tsarev Brod is fresh, mineral and very tasty pale wine.
