A delicately pink rosé of the Pinot Noir grape variety. An intensive aroma boasting a fresh character and well-manifested fruity scents. Light-bodied and racy, it has medium acidity and a pleasant fruity finish.

Description

The grapes used for the wine are harvested in mid-September from our own vineyards near the town of Shumen. The wine ferments for 30 days in small, stainless steel vessels. After that, it matures for 5 months on the fine lees and is bottled in late March. It pairs well with fish, pasta and seafood.
