Description

Sauvignon Blanc Tsarev Brod is an excellent modern white wine, perfect representative of the grape variety and our terroir.

The grapes used for the wine are harvested by hand at optimum ripeness in mid-September from our own vineyards in Tsarev Brod village, Shumen county. It ferments for 30 days in small stainless steel vessels for better control the temperature. Followed by atleast 6 month on the fine lees. No added perservative for the whole time period. This way the wine highlights its features, but keeps light body and elegant aproach.

Sauvignon Blanc Tsarev Brod is a worthy representitive of the classy European style.
