Sauvignon Blanc Reserve is a wine that can easily compete with the most renowned wines of the variety worldwide.

Sauvignon Blanc Reserve is a wine that aims to show the specifics of our Sauvignon Blanc vineyard. Made from the most special rows with very low yield so the wine can show everything from the terroir. Sauvignon Blanc Reserve is a wine made in small stainless steel vessels, during fermentation we add 15% hand crunched whole grains. In a period of 10 months, the goal is the extraction from the skins of the whole grapes, after which we continue another 2 months of aging without grapes, on the fine lees.

Sauvignon Blanc Reserve is a wine that embodies the essence and qualities of the sentimental for us first planted vineyard since 2001. The vineyard that started the Tsarev Brod project.
