Tsarev Brod is the first Bulgarian winery to produce P\u00e9t-Nat (P\u00e9tillant Naturel) from white grape variety – Riesling. Making naturally sparkling wine by the oldest method. The grapes were harvested at <\/span>\u00a0mid-September from our own vineyards near the town of Shumen. Fermentation starts in small inox containers, followed by botlling. The wine finishes the fermentaion in the bottle. Atleast 5 months aging on the fine lees in the bottle.<\/span><\/p>\n
