Chardonnay Amber Vintage is fresh, fruity and complemented by buttery notes.<\/p>\n

The grapes for the wine were picked in mid-September from our vineyard in the village of Tsarev Brod, Shumen region. The wine was fermented at a temperature of 18 \u00b0C, in a proportion of – 10% in new French oak, 20% in old French oak and 70% in a small stainless steel vessel. This is followed by aging on the lees for 12 months without added preservative to allow the wine to develop naturally.<\/p>\n
