Tsarev Brod is the first Bulgarian winery to produce Pét-Nat (Pétillant Naturel) from white grape variety – Riesling. Making naturally sparkling wine by the oldest method. The grapes were harvested at mid-September from our own vineyards near the town of Shumen. Fermentation starts in small inox containers, followed by botlling. The wine finishes the fermentaion in the bottle. Atleast 5 months aging on the fine lees in the bottle.
Pet-Nat is the summer! Fresh, tasty and semi-sparkling. Great for a lot of light dishes or cocktails.
