A bright-golden dessert wine. The aroma comprises notes of rose turkish delight and brioche, followed by appricot jam and candied citrus peele. A wonderful balance of sweetness and acidity. A lingering finish, reminiscent of rose and aprricot.

Ice Gergana Tsarev Brod is amazing noble wine! Great balance between sweetnes and acidity!

The grapes used for the wine are harvested frozen in early December. The idea behind this technology is to have the water in the grapes freeze, followed by a slow process of pressing, by which only concentrated “grapes juice” is released. Slow 4 months fermentaiton followed by 12 months of old barrels aging, and 6 months of bottle development.

Ice Gergana is an amazing wine, suitable for a finish of every great dinner or celebration.
