Rose Tsarev Brod is  delicately pink wine of the Pinot Noir grape variety. An elegant aroma and a fresh character and well-manifested fruity scents. Light-bodied and racy, it has medium acidity and a pleasant fruity finish.

Red

A wine that is medium to deep ruby. The aroma comprises hints of prune & cherry jam. Elegantly light-bodied and fruity, with a harmonious finish.

A wine that is glittering golden. The aroma boasts a well-manifested minerality with perceptible notes of roasted quince and vanilla. Mellow and full-bodied, with a light spicy and lingering finish.

Red

A wine with a deep ruby colour. The aroma is one of dried red fruit, chocolate and spices. Medium-bodied, with a mild spicy finish.

Riesling Amber Harvest is a wine with bright golden color. The aroma reveals notes of caramelized fruits and roasted nuts. A mellow and balanced body with a fresh finish.

Red

Pinot Noir Reserve has a moderately intense garnet colour. An attractive aroma that reveals mocha, butter and vanilla notes. A balanced, finely tannic body that is delicately spicy and has a lingering, fresh finish.

White

Sauvignon Blanc is a wine with glittering golden color. It boasts an intensive aroma with hints of gooseberries, white peach and nuts. Full-bodied and fresh, with a lingering spicy aftertaste.

Orange Rosee Tsarev Brod is unfiltered wine from 100% Pinot Gris. This wine is with deep pink color, dry, light-bodied, and racy, with a rich aroma of wild plums.

A golden dessert wine with hues of amber. The aroma comprises notes of fig jam, raisins, candied orange peel and quince. A wonderful balance of sweetness and acidity. A lingering finish, reminiscent of honey and acacia.

Pet-Nat is a natural sparkling wine with a beautifull golden colour. The aroma is dominated by apple, quince and citrus fruit notes. Medium-bodied, with a pleasantly fresh fruit-forward finish.

A white wine of the Gergana grape variety that is light grassy in colour. The aroma is one of ripe apples, citrus fruits and small white flowers. A mellow and fresh body, with a memorable aromatic finish.

A deep purple red wine of the Evmolpia grape variety. It boasts blueberry, blackberry and prune aromas. Light to Medium-bodied, paired with freshness and fruity finish.

The inspiration for this collection is our vineyard! Over the years, we have treated with great patience and love the Riesling grape variety, which has become one of the true wonders of the Tsarev Brod winery. 

Red

Red wine from Cabernet Franc. Intense red to purple color. Tasty aroma of black currant, blueberry and chilli pepper. Medium body - fruity, dry and spicy. Cabernet Franc is a grape variety that manifests great characteristics in our vineyard in Tsarev Brod.

Red

Deep color with intriguing aromas of red fruits, smoky notes and spices. Round and fresh body with a long finish. A very classy Pinot Noir.

Sparkling

Attractive nose with plenty of toast with butter and honey, delicate hints of glaziers in butter yellow fruit. The body is soft, juicy, attractive, but also dry with a butter-fruty finish.

White

Wine with a frank aroma of grapefruit, peach, elderflower and rose. A light, juicy body with the perfect amount of freshness that balances the aromatic notes of grapefruit, elderberry, peach and rose.
