Red wine from Cabernet Franc. Intense red to purple color. Tasty aroma of black currant, blueberry and chilli pepper. Medium body - fruity, dry and spicy. Cabernet Franc is a grape variety that manifests great characteristics in our vineyard near Shumen. The harvesting takes place in the beginning of October. The wine ferments in inox containers and after that it ages for 12 months in 50% inox and 50% French oak barrels.
