Description
Sepage Tsarev Brod is made out of three grape varieties – Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc and Traminer.
The grapes used for the wine are always harvested at the same time – before mid-September, from our own vineyards near the town of Shumen. Thus mixed, the varieties ferment at 14-16°C for 30 days in small inox vesell or better control. Followed by atleast 6 months aging on the fine lees. With no added perservants through the whole time period. This way the wine highlights its features but keeps light body and elegant aproach.
Sepage Tsarev Brod is in percantage: 60% Pinot Gris, 20% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Traminer.
