Description
Unfiltered Traminer Tsarev Brod is a wine made from 100% Pink Traminer, from a vineyard planted in 2001. The grapes for the wine were picked at the beginning of September from our own vineyard at 250m altitude in the land of the village Tsarev Brod, Shumen. The wine was fermented and developed for 7 months in small stainless steel vessels, for better control. Throughout the development period, the wine is aged on the fine lees, without added preservatives, to continue the processes naturally. The Traminer is bottled unfiltered.
Unfiltered Traminer Tsarev Brod is a delicious wine that reveals more of the Tsarev Brod terroir.
